Rome, 9, 10 and 11 June 2023, the students of the 4th Edition of the EUPATI Expert Patient Course gathered for a 3-day event, organised by AdPEE.
It was a real educational gathering, finally leaving behind the long pandemic experience. The trainees of this edition had an entire weekend of networking at their disposal, useful for deepening the topics discussed so far, comparing notes and – above all – following live the lectures of the course “Patient Engagement in Research and Development of Innovative Therapies” that started last March.
Two perspectives compared
The speeches were given by AIFA experts, Professor Elisabetta Riva of the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, and, Special Guest, Ingrid Klingmann, Head of EUPATI Europe. Last but not least, there were some novelties, including speeches by some EUPATI-certified Patient Experts, so as to address each topic from two different perspectives.
